When you submit the quote form we receive what you type: your name, business email, company name, country, bag type, quantity, phone or WhatsApp number, the product or style you are interested in, your project details, and any artwork or reference files you upload. If you email or message us instead, we receive whatever you choose to send.
When you browse the site, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity record standard usage data: the pages you view, how you arrived, clicks and scrolling, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your device, browser and screen size. Clarity also produces anonymised session recordings and heatmaps of how pages are used.
